Manufacturer part number is 011GCS6636.
This replaces a bunch of OE numbers: 3C0919050G, 3C0 919 050B, 3C0 919 050E, 3C0 919 050AA, 3C0 919 050G, and others.
Important note: please check that your original has one angled and one straight connector - that's how you know this is the right one.
